Can I try out RSS.app before I buy?
Yes! When you sign up, you’ll receive a free 7-day trial—no credit card required. This includes up to 10 feeds (including 2 Instagram feeds) with Basic plan features.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan anytime:
Upgrade: You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrade: You’ll receive credit on your next billing cycle.
Cancel: Simply switch to the free plan.
What happens when my trial expires?

Feeds & Refreshing
What does “25 posts per feed” mean?
Depending on your plan, your feed will display up to 25 or 50 of the most recent posts. As new posts are found, older ones are replaced.
Does the feed update automatically?
Yes. RSS.app automatically fetches new posts every 15–60 minutes, depending on your plan. Check out the details on our Pricing Page.
What is Refresh Rate?
It’s how often we check the original source for updates. Learn more in our Refresh Rate Guide.
Can I manually refresh a feed?
Yes. Use the Clear Cache button in your feed’s settings to trigger an immediate refresh.
Why do my feeds show posts that no longer exist?
Enable the Purge Old Posts feature to remove items that no longer appear in the original source feed.
Limited posts showing in my feed?
Initially, we can only pull a limited number of items. Over time, more posts will appear—up to the maximum allowed in your plan. This is due to source site limitations.
