Updated over 5 months ago

What are my payment options?

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. The payments are processed through secure third party payment services such as Chargebee, Stripe and PayPal. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Can I try RSS.app before I buy?

Great question! When you create a new RSS.app account, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 7-day trial (no credit card required) where you get the benefits of a Basic plan with up to 10 feeds. After the trial ends, you will have the option to subscribe to one of our paid plans.

Can I upgrade or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, of course! You can change your plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the month until the next billing cycle. If you choose to downgrade, you will be credited on the next billing cycle. To cancel your plan, simply downgrade to the free plan. We do not offer refunds.

What does it mean 25 posts per feed?

Depending on the plan, each feed will return up to 5, 15, 25, or 50 posts per feed when it is refreshed. New posts will always replace older posts when they become available on each refresh.

What are widgets?

Great question! Widgets are embeddable code snippets that allow you to embed the feed on your website. Widgets can be created from any feed, bundle or collection.

How many widgets can I embed on my website?

Depending on the plan, you can embed the widgets on either 4, 10, or 50 pages in total from the 7 widget types we currently have.

What if I need more than 500 feeds?

For larger plans, contact us at [email protected] or chat with us below.

What is an email digest?

Arguably one of our best features! The email digest allows you to get your RSS feeds delivered to your inbox daily. All you need to do is set the time and the days of the week you would like to receive the email.

What are collections?

Awesome question! Collections allow you to save specific posts to review later. Check out our guide on collections.

What does ‘link to source’ mean

All paid plans link to the original source when clicked on. Free plans are re-directed to RSS.app before being directed to the original source.

Where I can find API keys?

You can find API keys under you account settings https://rss.app/account/api

For more details, check our help desk article about the API here: API Help Desk.

RSS.app wasn't able to find any posts. What should I do?

Please try using RSS Builder to create your feed. RSS Builder allows for greater customization and accuracy, especially if the website has an unusual layout or multiple content areas. This ensures your feed captures the exact content you choose. However, we can only create feeds from public sources; if a website is behind a login or some kind of wall, we will not be able to create a feed from it, even with the builder.
