I want more feeds—how can I get them?


We offer additional feeds in custom batches. Contact support and we’ll help you extend your plan.

Where can I check how many feeds, widgets, or bots I’ve used?


Go to Account SettingsUsage to view your current plan limits and remaining resources.

How often do feeds update?


Refresh rates range from every 15 to 60 minutes, depending on your plan.

Account Management

Where can I edit my account settings?


Under Account Settings > Profile, you can update:

  • Name, company, and website

  • Email notification preferences

  • Linked accounts and password

  • Delete your RSS.app account

Where can I manage my subscription and billing info?


Go to Account SettingsBilling to view invoices, change your plan, or update payment details.

Can I upgrade my plan?


Yes. Upgrades are prorated—you’ll only pay the difference for the rest of the billing cycle.

Does RSS.app offer discounts for nonprofits?


Yes, we may offer discounts to nonprofit organizations. Contact our team to check eligibility.

Is there an affiliate program?


Yes! You can earn commission by promoting RSS.app through our Affiliate Program.

Can I import or export feeds?


Yes! Use our Import & Export feature to manage large sets of feeds easily.

Where can I see what’s new with RSS.app?


Stay up to date by checking out our Changelog for the latest feature releases and improvements.


Features & Integrations

Does the Basic or Developer plan include API access?


No. API access is available only with the Pro Plan.

Where can I generate API keys?


You can create and manage your API keys in your Account Settings → API. For more details, check out our API Keys Guide.

Does the Free plan support social media feeds?


No. The Free plan only allows native RSS feeds. To access social media integrations, upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I create a feed from a private or password-protected source?


No. We only support public pages accessible without logging in (you can check this by using an incognito browser window).

Does RSS.app have a mobile app?


Not yet, but our website is fully optimized for mobile browsers—no app required!
