How many Discord bots can I add?
The number of alerts you can set depends on your plan.
You can check your current usage or view the Pricing Page for more details.
Can I use the bot in a private Discord channel?
Yes, but you must make sure the bot has access to that channel.
The bot is not posting new posts.

I can't add the bot to the server.
You must be an Administrator of the server to be able to add bots.
I don’t see my channel when creating an alert.

How long does it take for the bot to send a new post?
Once a new post is added to the feed (based on your plan refresh rate), the bot should send it to your Discord channel within a minute, depending on Discord API load.
How many posts are sent when Alerts are initially set up?
When Alerts are first set up, we only send the last 3 posts.
The bot will send only new posts. Older posts can be sent manually in alert settings using the manual button.
