Here’s the correct format for OPML files:

<opml version="2.0">
<head>
<title>My Subscriptions</title>
<dateCreated>2025-02-27</dateCreated>
</head>
<body>
<outline text="Subscriptions" title="Subscriptions">
<outline xmlUrl="https://rss.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/World.xml" />
<outline xmlUrl="https://rss.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/US.xml" />
<outline xmlUrl="https://rss.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/Technology.xml" />
</outline>
</body>
</opml>

The file must contain a valid and publicly accessible RSS feed URL. Ensure the URL is correctly formatted (e.g., https://example.com) and not restricted by login requirements or firewall settings.
