Stay aligned and up-to-date across departments by embedding a real-time content feed into your internal team dashboard. Whether you're using Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or a custom-built interface, RSS.app makes it easy to stream relevant updates from across the web—or from internal sources—all in one place.

Why This Use Case Is Helpful

  • Keep your team informed with the latest company mentions, blog posts, or industry news.

  • Centralize updates from different sources.

  • Reduce context-switching and email clutter.

1. Choose Your Sources

Decide what type of content your team needs:

  • Company blog updates

  • Mentions in the media

  • Industry trends and competitors

  • Social media activity (e.g. LinkedIn posts)

  • Regulatory or compliance announcements

2. Generate Feeds with RSS.app

  1. Go to our RSS Generator.

  2. Enter the URL of your source (e.g., blog, news site, or social media page).

  3. Click Generate.

  4. Click Save to My Feeds.

Repeat for each content source your team needs.

3. Bundle and Filter (Optional)

  • Combine multiple feeds into a Bundle to streamline viewing.

  • Use filters to show only posts with specific keywords, tags, or topics.

4. Create a Widget or Set up Alerts

5. Embed or Share

  1. Click Add to Website and copy the widget embed code or webhook URL.

  2. Paste into your internal dashboard or communication tool.

That’s it—now your team will stay automatically updated with the latest, most relevant content, all in one centralized place.
