How to monitor LinkedIn company pages automatically

Checking LinkedIn company pages manually to see if there are new posts is time-consuming and easy to forget. With RSS.app, you can monitor a LinkedIn company page automatically and receive new updates as soon as they’re published without visiting LinkedIn every day.

What This Setup Does: Creates an auto-updating feed of LinkedIn company posts that refreshes automatically as new updates are published.

This setup is commonly used to:

  • Track company or competitor LinkedIn activity

  • Share company updates internally

  • Feed LinkedIn posts into Slack, email, or a website

Step 1: Create a LinkedIn RSS feed

To display LinkedIn updates on your website, you will first create an RSS feed from a LinkedIn company page.

What is a LinkedIn RSS feed? An RSS feed is a standardized feed format that displays content in a structured way. Each post includes fields such as title, description, image, link, and publish date. Because the data is structured, it can be reused across different platforms.

Why use RSS feeds for monitoring? LinkedIn does not offer a built-in way to subscribe to company page updates outside the platform. RSS.app solves this by:

  • Monitoring the LinkedIn company page for new posts

  • Converting those posts into a structured RSS feed

  • Keeping the feed updated automatically

1. Open the LinkedIn company page you want to display.

2. Copy the page URL from your browser.

3. Paste the URL into the LinkedIn RSS Generator in RSS.app.

4. Click Generate.

The RSS feed will be created within seconds. Click Save to My Feeds to continue.

Step 2 (Optional): Filter or customize the feed

If needed, you can refine what appears in the feed by:

Step 3: Use the feed to receive or display updates

Once the LinkedIn feed is created, you can decide how you want to use the updates.

Common options include:

  • Sending LinkedIn updates to Slack, Discord, Telegram, or email

  • Displaying LinkedIn posts on your website using a widget

  • Accessing the updates as a standard RSS feed in an RSS reader
