Article: Showcase Product Reviews and Testimonials
Updated over a week ago

Product feedback moves fast—especially on marketplaces, review sites, and blogs. Instead of checking multiple platforms manually, you can use RSS.app to monitor reviews and testimonials as they’re posted. Whether you're in customer support, marketing, or product management, this setup helps you stay in sync with what users are saying.

What You Can Do

  • Track new reviews for your product on sites like Amazon, Trustpilot, Capterra, G2, or Etsy

  • Keep an eye on customer testimonials from influencers or affiliate blogs

  • Monitor competitor reviews to identify gaps or trends

1. Pick Your Review Source

Start by finding the URL of the review or testimonial page you'd like to monitor. This could be a:

  • Product review page on an e-commerce site

  • Feedback or testimonial page on your own website

  • Category or brand page showing all reviews

2. Turn It into an RSS Feed

  1. Go to our RSS Generator.

  2. Paste the URL of the product review page.

  3. Click Save to My Feeds

That’s it! RSS.app will extract structured review content and keep your feed updated.

3. Monitor and Act

Use your feed in whatever workflow works best:

  • Send it to Slack or Telegram so your team gets notified in real time

  • Embed it as a widget on a team dashboard

  • Use filters to highlight keywords like “amazing,” or “support”
