Guide to UTM tags

How to set UTM tags for accounts, feeds, and bundles

Updated over 2 weeks ago

UTM tags let you add tracking parameters to your feed URLs so you can see where traffic is coming from. You can set them at the account, feed, or bundle level.

Account-level UTM tags

1. Click the Settings icon on the top right and select UTM Tags.

2. Toggle Include UTM tags in XML on.

3. Enter your tags.

4. Click Save.

Now, UTM tags will be automatically added to the links in all feeds across your account (unless feed- or bundle-level tags are set).

Feed-level UTM tags

1. Open the feed.

2. Click the three dots under Settings and choose UTM Tags.

3. Toggle Include UTM tags in XML on.

4. Enter your tags.

5. Click Save.

Now, UTM tags will be added only to the links in this specific feed, overriding account-level tags.

Bundle-level UTM tags

1. Open the bundle.

2. Click the three dots under Settings and choose UTM Tags.

3. Toggle Include UTM tags in XML on.

4. Enter your tags.

5. Click Save.

Now, UTM tags will be added to the links in all feeds within this bundle. If individual feeds already have their own UTM tags, those will take priority; otherwise, the bundle tags apply.

Feed-level and bundle-level UTM tags always override account-level tags.
