How to replace text in RSS feeds

Learn how to use the Replace or Remove text filter to edit posts

Replacing text in your RSS feeds allows you to customize titles, descriptions, or other parts of your feed’s content by swapping out specific words or phrases.

1. Navigate to the Filters tab in Feed Overview.

2. Scroll down until you see the Replace or Remove Text block, then click + Add Rule.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Replace Text.

4. In the Enter source text field, enter the word or phrase you want to replace in the feed.

5. In the Enter new text field, type the new text that you want to appear in place of the original.

6. Select whether you want to apply the replacement to the Title, Description, or both.

That's it! Every instance of your chosen keyword in your RSS feed will automatically be replaced:
