Yes, you can add the bot to multiple channels or groups.
Can I add the bot to a supergroup?
At the moment, we don’t support supergroups, but we’re working on adding this feature soon.
Can I change the bot's name and avatar?
You can't change the name of our basic @news_alerts_rss_bot, but you can use bots like @BotFather to change its appearance.
How many Telegram bots can I add?
The number of alerts you can set depends on your plan.

Can I use the bot in a private Telegram channel or group?
Yes, make sure you add the bot to the channel for it to function properly.
The bot isn't posting new posts.
Make sure the bot has administrator permissions for the channel or group.
I can't add the bot to the server.
You must be an administrator of the server to be able to add bots.
I don’t see my channel when creating an alert.
Remove @news_alerts_rss_bot and add it again. If you still don’t see the bot in your channel or group, please contact us for further assistance.
How long does it take for the bot to send a new post?
Once a new post is added to the feed (based on your plan refresh rate), the bot should send it to your Telegram channel or group within a minute, depending on Telegram API load.
The bot will send only new posts. Older posts can be sent manually in alert settings using the manual button.
