1. Create an RSS Feed with RSS.app

  • Go to RSS.app and log in to your account.

  • Use the RSS Feed Generator or RSS Builder to create a feed from a website, social media page, or another online source.

  • Once the feed is generated and customized, copy the XML feed URL.

2. Sign Up for Make.com

  • Visit Make.com and sign up or log in for an account.

  • Make.com is an automation platform that helps connect various services and tools using simple workflows.

3. Create a Scenario in Make.com

  • In Make.com, create a new scenario by clicking the Create a new Scenario button.

  • Add a new module and search for the RSS module.

  • Select the Watch RSS Feed Items option.

  • Paste the XML feed URL from our service into the URL field.

4. Add Actions to Your Scenario

  • Once you have set up the RSS feed module, add additional actions that fit your specific needs:

    • Data Storage: Store feed data in Google Sheets or Airtable to organize and analyze the information.

    • Content Management Systems (CMS): Automatically post content from your RSS feed into your CMS (such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify) to keep your website updated.

    • Task Management: Add tasks to tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp when new items are added to the RSS feed.

    • CRM Integration: Feed new data into CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to keep track of updates relevant to your business.

    • Zapier Integration: Use Zapier alongside Make.com to connect with even more services, enabling workflows that extend RSS functionality across platforms.

5. Configure Automation Frequency

  • Choose how frequently you want the scenario to run (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly, daily).

  • Activate the scenario so that Make.com automatically retrieves the latest RSS feed items and performs the actions you’ve set up.

6. Test and Monitor Your Workflow

  • Once the scenario is active, Make.com will process new items from your RSS feed based on the schedule.

  • Monitor the scenario through Make.com's dashboard to ensure everything is working correctly.

  • Make adjustments to the scenario, filters, or actions as needed to improve workflow efficiency.
