Filters let you control which items appear in a feed. When a feed is used inside multiple bundles, you can lock its filters so they automatically apply everywhere the feed is included.
How Filter Inheritance Works
When filters are locked on a feed:
The same filter rules apply to all bundles that contain that feed
Bundle-level filters cannot override the locked feed filters
Any new bundle the feed is added to will automatically use those filters
Enable Filter Inheritance
1. Open the feed you want to configure
2. Apply the filters you need.
3. Click the lock icon.
Once locked, the filters are inherited by every bundle that includes this feed.
Change Filters Later
If you need to update the filters:
1. Open the feed
2. Click the lock icon to unlock the filters
3. Modify the filters as needed
4. Click the lock icon again to re-lock them
The updated filters will immediately apply to all bundles using that feed.
